STroke Clinic TRYOUT INFORMATION

All swimmers must be evaluated in order to register for a stroke clinic class.  If your swimmer has taken a break or is new to our program please register for an evaluation using the steps below.

​Swimmers will be asked to complete 25 yards of each of the 4 competitive strokes (Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke, and Butterfly).  If your swimmer cannot swim all 4 strokes, there is no need to attend a tryout.  Instead, register for any LEARN TO SWIM class.

The location of each tryout varies depending on the time of year.  Please carefully check your confirmation email prior to attending to confirm the location and any specific parking or arrival information.  Tryouts held in our Syosset location are highlighted in YELLOW.  Those held at our Freedom pool location are highlighted in GREEN.  Tryouts held in our Garden City location are highlighted in BLUE.
