You should know how much Matthew loves swimming here. I can’t help but recall how he was a screaming, water-fearful 3yr old when we joined. All 3 of my kids have taken lessons here over the last few years. My son was absolutely terrified of the water due to an incident at another swim school. His first class he had to be carried in kicking and screaming and came out of the class asking to go back. The instructors are so kind and although he was pushed to excel he was never forced to do anything that he absolutely didn't want to do. This is a hard line not to cross but I was more than appreciative that they knew how hard to motivate and push him. My youngest now attends the tot class and constantly talks about her instructor, Natalia. She has learned so much in a short amount of time and, most importantly, is confident in the water. I am sitting here watching my daughter swim around our pool, sans her bubble, and I just have to say thank you for all your staff did to teach her how to swim with such confidence!  She is diving down into the water to fetch toys etc and using her little butterfly kick!  I just have to say that I am so impressed as are others, with her confident swimming ability!  J.L. - New Hyde Park

We missed my daughter's lesson and were running late for my son's.  As we were flying in the front door, Dan was dressed and walking out.  I was ready to turn around and head back home.  Ultimately, it had been my fault... Without hesitation and a smile on his face, Dan turned around, changed into his swim suit, and took my son for his lesson.  I continue to have no words!  Dan is such an amazing and special person!  Thank you to the entire Long Island Swim School for the outstanding service you provide!!
